How billing works

Every new business starts with a free 30-day trial — no card required, and full access to every feature so you can get set up properly before paying anything.

Once you're on a paid plan, you choose how you'd like to pay — whichever suits you better:

• Pay by invoice — a real invoice lands in your inbox each billing period with a secure Stripe payment link. Nothing is charged automatically and no card is stored; you pay it yourself each time.
• Automatic billing — add a card once and it's charged automatically each month, so there's nothing to remember. You can switch back to pay-by-invoice at any time from your dashboard.

Either way, billing follows the same schedule:

• Your first invoice covers the part of the current calendar month from when you're moved onto a paid plan through to the end of that month, charged as a proportion of the full monthly fee for the days remaining.
• After that, you're billed on the 1st of each month, in advance, for the month ahead — based on however many staff members you have at that time.
• Adding or removing staff during the month doesn't change what you're billed until the following month's bill.

If a payment is ever missed, you'll get a reminder email every day for a 5-day grace period before anything is paused — plenty of time to sort it out. Get in touch any time at pagraham144@gmail.com if you have any questions about your bill.
